I called in monday decently upset as this haircut was supposed to happen right before a vacation, I got a short apology and asked if I would like to make another appointment. I drove a total of 55 minutes for no reason, was unable to get a haircut before my vacation and your response is "sorry when can I schedule you for next?" You'd think there would be a courtesy coupon or something for the wasted time, missed appointment and time I took off work.

I made an appointment with The Fix hoping that paying more for a haircut would be worth it in the end. Whomever I was on the phone with scheduled my appointment for the wrong day and I came in during the agreed time frame only to find the shop closed. Apparently sundays are by appointment only, so in failing to record my sunday appointment---no one was there.
