I all i know is I responded to the local advertisement only to find no sign on any shelf when I asked for help a and the clerk with his hand held computer devise tell me WE NEVER RECEIVED IT
Advertised item in the local Sunday paper listed as "LIMITED STOCK"
Now this is the 3rd different story.
2nd We had stock you arrived too late (2 starting the AD)
1 st never arrived, National ad , WE CANNOT CONTROL THE THE STOCK
I arrived at 9:30 not being able to find item , I asked for help only to be told at that time the item never arrived. When I quested it more I was told i could speak to a manager, I spoke to Alissa and she took my name and number and I was told if it comes in a few day I would be called.
NOW the story changes??????
BS bait and switch!!!!
I waited until Friday (5 days later) and I called the store only to be told a different store. I how am being today that the store started with 2 units and was sold out be for I arrived and I was left a message and the unit that was reserved for me is gone!
Great store. What can I say, everybody knows Target. Has almost everything with good prices
3rd we called you and your unit was picked up
Rosie, the operator was very nice and she did any excellent job in finding and locating the product I was looking for. There was only 1 left! The other stores didn't have any, so I drove out to Kailua just to pick up my product since they worked so hard doing a visual check and put it aside for me in Guest services. I was so pleased with the service they provided at Target in Kailua. Thanks so much Rosie and anyone who helped! I'm a very satisfied customer!
My suggestion for shopping at Target... BUY IT WHEN YOU SEE IT OR IT MAY BE GONE WHEN YOU DECIDE TO GO BACK LATER!!! Have fun shopping!!!
