Conny is an amazing chef!! I love her rissotto, arancini, gnocchi, and of course her homemade pasta with bolognese made from scratch.
I hired Conny to cook a meal for a special evening. OMG...The dinner was so successful my guest couldn't stop talking about the delicious, tasty and amazing dishes she prepared. A real Italian meal is not easy to find on this Island..but Conny's dishes were 100 % authentic, hand made pasta, Ravioli, bread, amazing unexpected sauces, desserts, even real Ice cream and much much more. Her recipes are form her family and also collected all over Italy thru her years of experiences. The dinner was fantastic, perfectly cooked, the portions were generous and served with love and pride. My guest were so happy and impressed!! an that made me happy! I'd recommend Conny to anybody that want to experience a REAL Italian meal. I found out she can also prepare a week of pre made meal to store in your refrigerator if you are one of those buys people that don't have much time to cook..WORKS FOR ME!!! Can't wait to try that....Thank you Conny!!!

Excellent! Taste and Texture out of this world! Chef Connie prepared my meals while I was going through contest prep for a local bodybuilding show. I asked her to prep very simple body building health conscious dishes. Not only did she blow me away with the amazing taste, she ensured that my caloric intake hit my daily macros! I will admit my peak week (extreme diet week) was very easy this time as I looked forward to eating her dishes. Thanks Chef Connie for preparing very clean and delicious Italian meals! I highly recommend Chef Connie for any and all your Italian catering needs.
Conny though is more than just a chef, she has a genuine warmth and zest for life that makes every moment with her special.
