Howdy, I'm originally from Texas. One of the many things I like about Hawaii Adventure Boot Camp (HABC) is the opportunity to workout in the beautiful outdoors of Hawaii, which was difficult to do in the Texas heat. Kalani is a stellar instructor. He always mixes it up by offering different routines to meet individual goals and the various levels of a group. He is motivating, enthusiastic and encourages us to listen to our bodies. I give HABC 5 stars because anyone can join in at anytime, work at their own level, yet be challenged through the friendships and likeminded people attending camp with a common goal.
