Manager was not helpful at all! Always wants to remake wrong orders but I would rather get a refund instead of driving to pickup another pizza. Very frustrated that the manager questioned if I'm sure they put the wrong sauce. Yes, I'm sure! I order the same garlic Parmesan sauce and I know the difference between it and gross soured alfredo sauce!
Daryl was respectful in every way. He asked me how I liked the island, knowing that I'm a service member and have not been here very long, he also was respectful of my views on holidays and asked if he was allowed to wish me a Merry Christmas, well damn right you are Daryl! Not only is the United States of America the best country in the world giving you the free speech opportunities to wish someone a Merry Christmas, but you've earned it! I wish Daryl could deliver my pizza every time I order. If anyone ever offers from here, ask for Daryl and make sure to tip him big. He deserves it.
I'm not usually much of a fan of Dominos pizza, but the fact that It's 50% off for online orders right now made me give it another shot. Usually when I order some pizza the diliverer just brings me exactly what I order and that's it, no napkins, nothing extra, no small talk, just drop the pizza off and leave. I don't expect much of an experience when ordering and always thought it that tipping a delivery person what just common courtesy, but let me tell you, Daryl from Dominos Pizza Kailua earnes his tips. It seems that his goal from when he leaves the doors of Dominos Pizza, Kailua, is to make your ordering experience as positive as he possibly can. Not only did he bring me Crushed Red Peppers and Parmesan Cheese, he also brought me napkins, and warned me the food may be hot.

I just ordered a pizza and absolutely zero recommendation on deals. I went online and discovered a better deal, called back and placed an order. I was originally given a time of 20-30 minutes. I called back asking about a deal online and the rep acted like it was no problem, however, she came back and said it was going to be 30 minutes. Their food is normally good, but such a drastic change in time and and no recommendations of super disappointing. It cost me $2 more to get a second medium pizza. Customer service was answered fast, but they obviously didn't care about the customer. Pretty disappointed.
All in all, the world needs more Daryls.
