Horrible company!!! I was given a 3 hr window from 9 to 12pm. At 10 to 12 I called and was told all dispatchers were busy and that they would return my call. At 12:15 they returned my call and told me that the plumber that was suppose to come to my residence had been stuck at a prior job for 2 hrs. and that they would send the next available plumber from Kalihi or Liliha as soon as they were done. By then it was 12:30. You would have thought out of common courtesy they would have called to tell me that they would be late, NO such luck, I had to call them. They gave me 2 options, wait for the next plumber, which by then I had been waiting 3 hrs and 40 minutes, or reschedule, not for a specific appointment, but for another 3 hr window. Most reputable company, because of their miss scheduling would have done that. Do Not Use this company, Poor Management!!!
We had no water coming into our home and I called A-1 Budget Plumbing because of our excellent prior service. They dispatched Keoni to attend our problem soon after we had discovered our lack of water. Keoni diagnosed the problem and installed a new regulator. Problem solved!!! I highly recommend Keoni and A-1 Budget Plumbing. Their pricing is very reasonable, service is superb, and professionalism shines throughout. Well done!
Outstanding company. I had a gas leak. I called A-1 Budget Plumbing - Kailua and Jackie did not hesitate sending their plumber (Keahi) to assess the situation. Following day Pete and his helper, Chris, arrived and had everything squared away in good time. They were professional. Very courteous and respectful of my property. Pete assured me saying, "I'll fix the problem and make it look, like this is my own home". Mahalo nui loa.
My third wonderful experience with A-1 Plumbing in Kaneohe made my month! Their technician Lloyd was not only efficient and thorough, he was a great example of someone who loves what he does. That is, helping people. You could tell he saw beyond the task and his priority was to make sure our concerns were addressed. He fixed our toilet then pointed out that there was still time within the hour we were being charged and he could look at any other plumbing concerns we had. We did, and when our options are decided we will call A-1again! Superb service! Thank you Lloyd and A-1!
