I will post again that if you have Adventist Health attached to your hospital; your hospital and staff are a witness to God's character. It is a serious thing, since you could be breaking one of your commandments. Taking God's name in vain.
Stay away from the blonde women ER doctor!!! I would not even give them 1 star!
Easily the most smooth and pleasant ER experience I've ever had. I typically will avoid the ER at all costs because they always seem to be a nightmare, but this was the exact opposite of what I experienced at Castle. Efficient, professional, and seemed like the care givers actually cared. Thanks!
Docs, nurses, aides - do not care about human life. Nurse station ignored the call button, TWICE, ignored calls for help. As a result, someone was injured....while in the emergency room.
She was very lazy! His hand has healed terribly because this doctor decided to become lazy and not do her job! His gashes we're open on the left and right side and one stitch in the middle! She was a women doctor with cloned hair and bigger built. Stay away from her!! Do not allow her to handle you! She is no professional and seems as if she dose not know what she is doing! We have pictures in regards of the stitching! Our visit was not just extremely long but left him in pain for hours, stitched him on the raw, he was an incredible amount of pain I could not even be in the room.
The ER staff is heartless, careless, and disgusting.
Reception is the ONLY decent thing about the ER.
They are completely unprofessional.
I had no idea the ER side of Castle could be reviewed seperately. My review is posted under Castle Medical Hospital reviews.
It is a long post, so I will not repeat it here. One star is given for lack of prompt service to a seriously injured human being. I am putting human being because each patient should be seen as an individual and not just a chart.
We came in about a month ago and my fiancé cut up his hand that was very bad! He was bleeding and was in incredible amount of pain! We sat there for 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. Previously before we got to the ER we called the ambulance, they covered it but after 40 minutes it was drenched in blood! They were no help! I asked if they can re warp it or at least provide him with some pain reliever! They refused they said to wait. There were maybe 4 people ahead of us. When we finally made it inside, they cleaned it up but waited another hour before giving him any kinda of pain relief. He had 3 gashes on his fingers that were incredible big and deep. While they should have provided medication before the cleaning process began. Around another hour has passed and they came to numb him up, the doctor seemed so unprepared and unprofessional! She barely spoke and didn't even care to address the issue pains. When they came in to give him shots to numb his hand, they explained that it takes 20 minutes to begin working and it wears out 20 minutes after that. Once again she came over an hour after when the numbing has already wore out then we had to do the numbing again! She showed up around 30-40 minutes after that but some areas were already not numb so we gave up and just allowed her to began the stitching because it was already around 2am. The gashes were the with of his finger from one side to another. Around an 1-2 inches the gashes were. This women put 1 single stitch on this biggest gash!!! And 2 in the second one and none in the 3rd!
