5 days ago I made a 8am appointment for this morning. I pulled up a little before 8. There was no parking. I had to wait 15 min. until I could get parking. The line inside took another 15 min. The manager Mark assured me "appointments have preference". Its now after 9 and my car is still in the parking lot. Others without appointments have been taken. So I asked about this and was told that "its first come first served". Go elsewhere if you need service.
After being told the tires I needed were in stock, dropping off my car and given a time for pick up an hour and a half later , I was called 30 minutes later and informed by the representative that he had made a mistake, and the tires I needed in fact weren't in stock. Upon arrival back to the shop no apology was given, just an option of making an appointment for a later date. I'll be making an appointment with a different company, like I should have before coming here.
ran no diagnostics to fix the problem. just eye balled it and guessed. don't bother making an online appointment they won't check then you'll come in at your appointment time and they'll be really surprised. I'm never going back.
Made appointment online to have oil changed. When I arrived, was told my van was “too big to put on the rack” and that the techs weren’t willing to go under the van to change the oil. A single nut.
Nice people, they were prompt and got my car done on half the time.
