When we wanted to keep our options open and get a pre-approved for another property, she was quick to give us that approval. We always had very quick responses when we had questions and she was straight up with us when we had decisions to make. As a first home owner we were clueless about a lot of financial terms but she was able to explain them to us in a way we would understand. When it came to closing on our home, she went out of her way to come to my house to have me sign my documents because I have a young son. She made things so convenient for us to get documents to her.
