Don't follow the hours of operation. They close and open when they like. 6pm rubbish, easy 10 minutes till. Bad business, UPS should look better not worst.
At the UPS STORE, KAILUA HI 96734, THEY'RE VERY HELPFUL AS EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE OCCUPIED WITH THEIR MISCELLANEOUS AND WHAT SEEMS LIKE MEVER ENDING JOBS THEY NEED TO DO, THEY'LL HELP ME WITH ANSWERS I NEED AS I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT WARRANTY ITEMS NEEDED TO BE SHIPPED OUT USING UPS RATHER THAN USPS WOULD BE VERY EXPENSIVE AND I WOULD DEMAND A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL FROM OAKLEY, NOW LUXOTTICA, BUT SINCE MY $600 OAKLEY WATCH ,WHILE STILL BE HANDLED BY OAKLEY WARRANTY HAD ALWAYS PROVIDED A SHIPPING LABEL, AND ON THIS WARTANTY SITUATION WAS NOT, UPS KAILUA INFORMED ME AN APPROXIMATE PRICE WHICH I WAS HAPPY WITH....GARU AND BRANDY 2
