Can't make appointments over the phone, "only online" the representative told me. Garbage business model made by a bunch of clowns
Said 0 wait time? yet 2 people in chairs. Only 2 people working!
My opinion is, they do a good job. They are friendly, slightly cheaper than competitors. Not as crazy busy. A 20 minute wait is better than over 45+minutes!
Online check in? Not really a check in. I think it helps the employees from work stoppage?
I will continue to go. Thank you!
