My son took football pictures On April 24,2017 and never received them. TSS photography cashed my check and took my money. I left a message for them and they never called me back. When the teams organizer asked the company about it they said that they talked to me and that they were going to send the pictures and give me a refund. This never happened I was never called and told this. Today is Aug 9th which is almost 4 months and now another football season is starting. I will never order from this company again.
First off, the picture day was an unorganized madhouse with many teams showing up to one arena. I don't think enough time was scheduled between teams as we had to wait a long time. THEN I was specifically told there would be a make-up day which was needed since one of my team members had the flu. After calling multiple times and leaving a message I finally got a call back about a week later telling me the make-up day was cancelled. They had already submitted my order and wouldn't resubmit it to include the missing team member. Then they blamed it on me. It's MY fault because I didn't say to hold my order because a kid was sick. Well I'm sorry no one told me to do that when I brought it up to the workers at the picture day. Maybe if they would have returned their calls in a timely manner then I could've told them to hold my order. They cancelled the make-up day, didn't call me, and then they submitted my order.
Speaking of team photo, the concept of photographing the team members separately and putting them together is a good idea. However the team photo looks ridiculous. All the kids look the same height and just a little shorter than the coaches. It just looks horrible.
I did call the customer service center about my problem. They said they would call the branch and one of them would get back to me. The next week I called a couple times and no one answered (they don't like to do that apparently) so of course nothing has been resolved. Given how helpful the branch here was, I don't expect anything from them.
