From the beginning, Angela exuded confidence tempered with realistic expectations as she carefully explained the entire process and kept the “surprises” to a minimum. On three occasions, she and her team carefully and artfully prepared our property securing new renters in less than a week each time!
My sister and I had left Waikiki after just one horror noisy night in a condo there and drove towards Kailua just because we wanted to leave the Honolulu chaos as soon as possible. We stopped at Kailua Beach Park just for a break and started thinking about where to spend the rest of our week in Oahu. We went online and started checking possible accommodation options in the area knowing full well that there are very few hotels outside Honolulu. We were also looking for something we could afford, after cancelling our booking at the condo, but still losing some money in doing so. We found Pat's website almost by accident and after having a look at it we rang... The rest is history. We had a fantastic week in the property, which was clean, 50 metres from the beach, affordable and contained all we needed (full kitchen, washer, dryer, flat screen TV, DVD player, complimentary beach towels and mats, etc). I know Pat and her family have several properties in the area and the website lists them by price and features. When I return to Hawaii (sooner rather than later, I hope) it will be my first port of call.
We are military, non-resident owners who were quite wary about selecting the right property manager given the high level of trust and confidence required when you are six time zones and 6,000 miles away. As it turned out, we could not have been in better hands.
Most impressively, once we decided to sell our property the level of service and attention did not drop off, quite to the contrary. Angela and her team earned our lifelong friendship and admiration. I cannot imagine anyone providing better service; enthusiastically recommended without reservation!
The units are always clean and well located. The owners do a great job of providing quality vacation rentals.
