I originally went here to get a facial but couldn't do it because I was pregnant (too much Vitamin K or something would be used) so I just got an eyebrow wax. I bought a groupon for skin tag removal that was scheduled for today. But yesterday I had to take my car to the dealership for maintenance. Little did I know that there was a recall and they kept it over night. I called the dealership today and it still wasn't done, and my husband was at work with our other car so I couldn't make our apt. I was told, "We set aside an hour for you. It's in our policy that you have to cancel 2 days prior to the apt or you lose your groupon." Okay. Fine. But I know for a fact that there are businesses out there that are a little more willing to be kinder to people & work with them. There's nothing I could do about my car being trapped at the dealership & I now I lost my money.
