Amazing. Go early. We saw the monk seal napping, explored the island and made it to Queens bath - so beautiful.

Took 1 hour to paddle out but was worth the trip. Obviously you cannot bother the birds and go for walks past the beach but nice trip.

Amazing view and good exercise!

It's so much fun to kayak out here! It took about 2 hours to paddle here from Kailua Beach, and less time to go back. We went in December, so there weren't any sea birds nesting at the time. There's a small "trail" that goes part of the way around the island. I'd definitely kayak back to the Mokes again

People just have to know most of the times there's current and strong winds.

It's farther out and tougher than it seems. Fun catching the waves coming back.
