What a wreck
Horrible quality and very slow. I live across the street and every time I come here there is something wrong with my order. Twice I was given the wrong meal all together.
Staff is polite and courteous but horribly trained. I've given them 6 months before I bothered rating the place. Corporate needs to get this thing under control.
I'm not too happy about this BK. We ordered our food and everything was correct on the screen but when we got to the window they only gave us half and we told them they didn't give us our #7 they said we never ordered it. Once we got home they also forgot to put my kids nuggets in the bag. Not going back.
Staff were professional and polite, but cheese in my chicken parmesian burger was a pile of broken flakes, and most definately not melted as I would expect in Chicken Parm.
This place is literally a wreck and is in disparate need of new management. Rags brooms spray bottles trash cans everything is out and no one puts anything away once they are done. Sad to see. All the chairs are up an so their customers won't use them. One employee is clearly not working and messing around with non employee's.
The dining area and bathrooms aren't kept well. The tables are dirty, and there's trash on the floor. The bathrooms have no soap, paper towels and are very dirty. The food was served cold and with an excessive amount of mayo after I asked for easy mayo.
