A real local treat! There are so many ice cream and cookie options to choose, from I can't see how anyone could come away dissatisfied from Cookies & Cream. We came for their 1 year anniversary event which was just amazing. The owners offered free ice cream sandwiches to celebrate and they introduced chicken and waffle sandwiches to their lineup. The ice cream is locally made and delicious and their are many flavors available. The cookies are freshly baked and the perfect balance of tender chew and substantial heft to hold up well as an ice cream sandwich base. We tried 3 of the 4 new waffle sandwiches, sweet and hot sriracha, Nashville hot, and classic maple. All three were so ono. The chicken was perfectly fried and the waffles made to order topped with just the right amount of sauce and finished with crisp slaw to balance it out. The owners and staff are all as sweet as their ice cream and committed to creating an enjoyable treat experience.

The ice cream needs to be cold or they need to be pre-made for the specialties. Once bite in you lose half the toppings. Then it starts melting and dripping EVERYWHERE. This means you're forced to eat your $6 ice cream sandwich as fast as possible.
Very tasty... But it is a disaster. Their specialty is their ice cream sandwich. Fresh cookies and good ice cream with tasty toppings.

I can't say for sure that there's an endless combination of cookies and ice cream to choose from but it would probably take a couple years to figure them all out. Delicious soft cookies and creamy flavorful ice cream it's the perfect afternoon snack!
