Great spot to go when your hungry and done with the beach
I will say they are the slow side. But it's fast food. Ask for the military discount ✌
I do not go to Jack in the box for premium food or first class service. That being said however I do expect a degree of professionalism from employees.I am obliged to say the food reached me rather quick and was as tasty as you can expect from a fast food establishment. The service was less than on par and the employee who had a thick accent asked me numerous times to repeat myself before getting my order wrong. I do appreciate the manager owning up and making it right quickly and yet I can't help but feel like it could have been done right the first time if they had put in time to correctly take the order.
Really good milkshakes and decent food. I have been twice. The first time they gave me the wrong meal. The inside is clean and employees are kind.
They are one of the few companies in Kailua that are open past 11 p.m. They're Jack's Munchie Meal are always the best. Sometimes if you don't ask for ketchup or hot sauce you may drive away without it.
