Parking I think could potentially be a problem on really busy days but we had no problem getting a spot right in front on a Tuesday afternoon.
Pricing was reasonable, you'd pay like twice what they charge at a nice restaurant to get chicken that isn't as good as this.
Service was excellent, they were cheerful and seemed to enjoy what they do (and rightfully so!). We got our food quickly and ate it even quicker. I'm kind of the prissy type and I loved the chicken so much that I was using my hands to make sure I got every last bite.
I can't recommend this place enough. I will eat here at every possible opportunity.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great good. The chicken was moist and tender and the fries were crispy and very tasty.
Nothing special. Was the chicken fresh? I wouldn't know, it's covered in mayo, chock cheese and oil. The best thing about the sandwich was the bread. The staff was very robotic. We felt they just wanted us to be done so they could get on with their conversation. We did feel guilty afterwards, should have gone to McDonald's. To each their own just my opinion.
If I'm craving good chicken, this is my to-go place. The price is fair for the quality of the chicken they serve. They do take their time making the food. I usually don't mind waiting if it's worth waiting for. And it is. The chicken is always crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My other half ordered bacon/chicken melt sandwich and he loved it. My only complaint is the rice, which you can substitute it with fries. The rice tasted old, like it was made couple of days before. Other than that, everything else is yummy.
This is bar-none the best chicken I have ever had in my life, and I have had a lot of chicken all around the world. The chicken was so good that I started to plan my days around having lunch or dinner at Maui Mike's throughout the rest of our stay on the island. The portions are huge and prices are affordable. They have a variety of sauces to pick from but honestly, the chicken by its self is hard to beat. Sides are offered as a complement to the main course and are actually very delicious. Next time I am on the Island, I am going to drive to Maui Mike's straight from the Airport.
The best chicken, no contest. Not even in the same ballpark as chicken from any other place. I was lucky enough, despite being a tourist, to have a local take me here. Absolutely amazing food with layers of flavor. Even the fries were great, although I question the "Cajun" label on the Cajun fries, but they were still really good so I didn't care.
