Jeff and Lisa are great! They are very knowledgeable on everything that they have in their store, from shoes to energy gels to clothing. When you go into their store you immediately feel like you have been friends for life. And if you see them at a race they remember you! I find this very important!!!!
Jeff was very friendly and helped we pick out a pair of running shoes. He measured my foot and bought out 4 different pairs of shoes. There is not very much parking there so bring some change for a meter or plan to walk.
Parked my car in the stall fronting the store, had an important phone call, answered it, and next thing I know the store worker came out yelling at me to move my vehicle. My intention was to purchase a hydration system. Horrible way to welcome a potential new customer. Sucks for them, lost my business, and I will be sure to spread the word about their lack of Aloha. Don't see them being in business for long with attitudes like that.
I have lived in Kailua a few years now and never really noticed this store before the other day (hidden in a strip mall). So I decided to go in and it's pretty small to start... but I hoped I could find something nice. I am 175 pounds and usually wear size large. They have nothing besides xsmall and medium (if ur anything over 150 lbs don't even bother!!!! I felt like I was in a store for teens. Everything was over priced even if I was a size xs. ($20-$65). When the women saw me walk in she didn't even say hello or smile she just looked at me like u Don't belong here. She was rude and I am never coming again and WilL tell EVERYONE TO NEVET GO TO BE FIT KAILUA!!!!!
