The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is small but has charm.
Good selection of pet products from food to toys for. It's cats and dogs. They carry Ruffwear brand items for dogs and that is my go to for collars, harnesses & toys for my active pups. They don't have a large selection of dog food but between the handful of brands they do carry, it's all natural and quality. Be advised it's on the expensive side, but my animals are like my children and we wouldn't eat McDonalds everyday. LOL They carry food brands you can't find at Petco, however my dogs are food sensitive.

1st, what happened to my Google review as I wrote it around a week ago. I told a guy in the KAPAHULU store that I had done a maximized 5 star ....but only now I am looking for it and only "1" is visible. Yelp, as It's for the better that my account was taken off because of all the TRUTHS of Kaneohe VCA. Now, about Calvin and Susie, they not only have the best dog foods available on Oahu, but their staff and owner are also the best, unlike Naturally Pet, the owner, Yumi, I believe, from Japan, should have more personable etiquette but she don't know about this personable thing. From experience, japanese from Japan, are very polite, 99%. At Calvin and Susie in Kailua, and don't go to Kapahulu as I live Kaneohe, Regina, gets our vote as # 1, and Brandy 2 and me misses her, the girls or young women are all intelligent, academically and knowledgeable about LIFE, and what these 2 locations of Calvin and Susie's are in business for, canine nutrition. I am having a hard time with Brandy 2, unlike Brandy, who passed on September 13, 2012 of mast cell tumors, caused and metastasized by Kaneohe VCA, vaccinating then every year because I knew nothing as I know now.. Yes, us canine guardians are very sensitive about issues related to our dog's health, as most vets here didn't get or choose other fields of holistic modalities. Why?
