Trying to have a banner made. The staff does not know how to read an email clearly. They waited to the last minute also when given plenty of time to complete the project. Their pricing is good but next time I will find someone else with capability to make a large rendered .tif file and have them print it. Not worth the $60/hr graphic layout fee.
They do NOT know what they are doing end of story. This is NOT a place you want to go if you are a professional person. It will cost you more in time and correcting their errors than to drive to Honolulu and have a professional print shop with experienced adults helping you than these inexperienced kids. More trouble than its worth and NOT a professional business. I had the same experience with that kid Jahan as the last review from Nov 2015. OBVIOUSLY 7 months later he still repeats his mistakes and has not learned from his errors. A HORRIBLE VERY EXPENSIVE TIME CONSUMING HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MY MATERIALS. Your NOT dealing with smart adults your dealing with people who will NOT listen to you and do what they want and just clueless to specific directions and your left with a huge amount of unusable garbage you waited for and paid for. It is beyond my ability to understand how they can remain open being such morons.
I gave the shop a finished graphic file to create a *small* decal from; after several days of back & forth for a quote, I was informed that 3 of these decals would cost me $45. This implied to me that they just didn't want my business.
No matter what any of the other reviews say. Hands down. Kailua print shop is awesome. Though admitting they are slightly disorganized, Jahan and his team have so much aloha. We can't appreciate enough all of the help they have given us with our art shows. Keep up the amazing work kailua print shop!
