I love my 18' Tern Cat, I have taken it around Kaena Pt, been out over 15 miles in 10-15 ft seas (Not recommended got caught in a quick moving storm) and she handles like a dream. This boat is a little animal! Dave the Service Manager is awesome. He always has a smile and makes me feel like a valued customer. He is someone who truly cares about a customers concern, really tries to put his customers first. Thank you Dave!
These guys really helped me out. I purchased a boat from another dealer on the island who went out of business or didn't need mine anymore as the owner never returned my call when it was time for servicing. David took my pontoon in for servicing and tube repainting, gave me an accurate estimate up front, checked everything out and my boat is running great. The folks at the service department were responsive to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Not cheap but then owning a boat isn't....just grateful to find competent and willing people. Great customer service
Horrible service purchased a brand new Yamaha from them they told me 2 weeks until they can put it on my boat with my receipt paper say rig on May 12. Bought in my boat on a Saturday May 13 since they were not ready for me on the 12th for them to Remove old motor and install the new one. They told me that it should be done Tuesday or Wednesday and gave them a call Wednesday May 17 and they said they haven't touched it And that it may be done by the weekend. So you tell me what the point of me to bring in my boat a week early if you are not going to even work on it a little bit instead of doing it last minute. They could have at least took off the old motor that take less then hour by a professional. If you want something done on time I recommend not bringing it to them unless you want to wait who knows how long from them to procrastinate on your boat.
